Waste of time! Placed an online order at £70 they rang me on the day of delivery (only two day between ordering and delivery) and said it had gone up to £120. Luckily my card got declined as I only had £90 in it or they might have taken it otherwise. Order cancelled and tesco boycotted from now on. Stick to aldi and asda.

Really good,customer service department are always willing to help,some staff at self service checkout are always in a mood,not freindly,but the morning staff with short blond hair older lady is very good and always willing to help and soooo polite.I like how the staff put put the strawberries.

Absolutely appalling service by the black Nigerian lady at self check out. Her tone of voice and conduct was very aggressive she made a big deal about bags when the checkout machine had listed them she said why are the bags in the trolley rather than apologising for her conduct the night manager did nothing absolutely disgusting behaviour

All staff in store friendly and helpful unfortunately today, queues at all checkouts and some machines not working, taking this into account the 2 hour limit parking seems inadequate. I went just after lunch so not busy time, the new greggs seems a lovely addition but no time to call in. Could you please look at parking times?Low rating just because of this

Dislike the fact there are now more self serve tills than till operators,constant queues!! Some of the self serve staff are constantly running up and down to assist customers,if this is saving money it's frustrating for customers who want to be served!!

Absolutely shocking. We transferred to this store from Leeds for our online shopping (not by choice) I have to ring customer services on a weekly basis to complain, usually that they can't deliver on time and when they do finally turn up no one is home and shopping is not delivered. The amount of unavailable items is an absolute joke. Cancelling my delivery subscription as a result as I've just had enough of the uselessness! Wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to in order to write a review.
