20 mins late on pick up, 35 mins late on return, no call to advise of delay, not answering phone when ringing to get updates.Avoid, unless you enjoy pre paying for a poor service from a company that obviously badly run.

Travelled down from Essex to see family and have a day at the races. Emailed Steve and asked for a price for6 people , to the races and back. Good price given and the service was excellent all round . Made our day stress free no trains buses etc door to door and with a smile . Thank you Steve from the Essex mob.

Needed a taxi to get me to Newport to catch a coach. I received a confirmation text of the date and time of pick up and even had a text to say the cab was on its way to me. I reached my coach pick up in plenty of time.I have had some bad experiences with taxi hire in the past, but would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I will certainly use them again. The driver was really helpful and friendly too.
