Difficulty getting in touch. The 0330 number goes straight to voicemail without ringing at my end. I had to call back 3/4 times and email back and forth. However once I was through to my advisor (AB) she provided a very good comprehensive service.

Difficult to tell now as they are probably still working on the probate. They are not replying, although the call centre answers. Their system does not seem to adapt well to people leaving. I would just appreciate an acknowledgement.

Abysmal, haven’t yet completed the job of sorting out my aunt’s will 15 months after she died. Both Laura Ryder and her manager ignore emails and make life extremely difficult. Do not buy into the sales jargon that Co-op’s funeral division will try and spin you, find a local solicitor or, if you’re able to, do the job yourself. It’s not that difficult but Co-op make it look it. Utterly dreadful.

Alyssia Bradley (for Co-op Wills) has provided us with a really excellent service, talking us through all the necessary steps and pointing out all the possible pitfalls when making a will. She explained everything in an easy to understand way. We didn't feel pressured or rushed which meant that what could easily have been a stressful complicated process was anything but. Having assisted us to complete the initial application we received draft copies well within the promised time frame which were so well constructed we didn't have to make any amendments or indeed any spelling corrections. We now have peace of mind that after we have passed on dealing with our estate will be as straight forward as it possibly could be and that is very much due to Alyssia.
