Warren James Jewellers - Wood Green

I went in and found something I wanted to buy, butthe customer service was appalling. The customerservice person decided to go serve the person whocame after me, so I decided to leave withoutpurchasing anything. I want to believe it wasn't due toracism but the lady that was served before me didhappen to be a white lady and I am a person ofcolour. I am not happy with this service and will notbe coming back to warren James in Wood Green.

DO NoT BUY FROM THEM- someone in there is practicing witchcraft on the clients.I bought something from them and had a witchcraft attack the same niight.No, I am not crazy. You have been warned!

Very nice store but unfortunately they have some wrong policy and they change the store man/store girls like sock's.

Warren James in Wood Green is amazing. I ordered a ring online and it was a size too small. Mr Muqaddas Miah took it upon himself to exchange it for me within 48hrs with the correct size. The customer service is second to none. I will recommend Warren James in Wood Green anytime any day. Elizabeth Waltham Abbey.

Great jewellery, poor customer service!!! Last two months they’ve not been opening on the times they should be! Went on 3 occasions about midday and they were shut. What a disappointment and waste of a journey

Lovely jewellery selections available here, lovely sweet staff are happy to help and make you feel welcomed and respectful. The diamond collection you cannot go wrong with. Learnt a few things whilst looking for the right item. The jewellery sets are super cute and great price ranges that are amazing

browsed about 5 jewellery stores in the area and visited Erbiller a couple of times while deciding where to buy an engagement ring for my boyfriend.Every time I visited, I received very pleasant customer service. I was worried to be pushed into buying something that wasn't exactly what I wanted or that the staff would try to talk me into buying the more expensive options, but these turned out to be unnecessary worries. I would like to say how much appreciated that approach was.I was served by Merve on 2 of my visits, and even though these were weeks apart, she remembered me and the rings we talked about from the previous visit. Merve is a lovely lady with a nice attitude and great customer service skills. She is a real treasure of this gold and diamonds selling store.Thank you for the help with such an important decision.
