Karl and the team were great, from the advise they given over the phone, email confirmations and collection, everyone was great and I will definitely return, watch with the beading as the calculations can't work the amounts out but if you speak to them they will be able to advise what is needed.Also, I have read some of the reviews on here and I can confirm that we had the click Robusto, we have never done flooring and we managed to complete the job as if a professional had done it, the customer service was more than 5* with all dealings and we are extremely pleased with everything!

AVOID - delivery process is horrendous, £50 for redelivery or £100 to cancel… give you a huge timeframe for delivery with no text or call to give an estimated time. Customer service is the worst I think I’ve ever received. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The team were efficient. Customer service was great. Products were of a high standard.It’s so nice to receive good customer service. The team displayed ‘the above and beyond approach’ on all levels.Thoroughly recommend and will use you guys again.

Do not order from here!!!!!! They do not abide by the consumer rights act and refuse to refund faulty goods. I have provided several videos and photos as evidence the floor they sold me is faulty and of an extremely poor quality. Their response was “we don’t offer refunds on anything that’s been opened” ….. how does that work then?anything that has not been opened, can be returned “at your own expense”. Which isn’t too convenient when we’re talking about a pallet of laminate flooring weighing 500kg… plenty of bad reviews about regarding this place so make sure you read them all and decide if you wish to deal with this sly and deceitful company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I waited in all day for a delivery that never arrived. Then, 3 days later, the items were delivered to the wrong address. After I had collected the items myself, I opened them and they were damaged. See attached images. Trying to get replacement items proved extremely difficult and the company would only approve a replacement once they had collected the damaged items and taken them away. Terrible customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Spent nearly £500 and wanted to return one pack as had too many. The delivery company had damaged the package on return, they had refused to help out with any sort of refund or send them back to me even though I'd paid out another £25 to have them sent back!These guys are crooks, all friendly when taking your money but don't want to help after.

We first bought vinyl from them 3 years ago and it was excellent, Rhinotex - unfortunately discontinued. When we needed to redecorate we went back to them and they were very helpful in suggesting close matches and are sending out 2 samples. Very helpful person on the phone, Jake, answered immediately. Looking forward to getting the samples, thank you!

Delivery company were meant to delivery on Friday 13th, received a phone call at 4pm to say they could deliver on the Saturday or first thing Monday morning. I requested the Saturday, they also then didn’t turn up on the Saturday. FDF emailed me and said they’d come on Monday and I’d said this was okay. Again I waited in on the morning due to the delivery team telling me “first thing Monday morning”, it got to 11am and no one had turned up and unfortunately I needed to go to work. They then turned up after this. FDF are telling me it’s not their fault that the delivery company gave me this time slot, and I need to pay £46 for redelivery. Although I’d waited in for two full days and a morning as per delivery company guidance. Please avoid, appalling service.

Lino didn't arrive after getting txt to say it would be delivered on that day. Chased up the following day and was told they'd look into it. 2 days later I emailed again to be told they will now speak to the courier. 3 weeks later apparently it had been delivered, they Showed Google earth pic of my house as proof? I got my money back from my credit card... Bad communication, terrible service... I cant rate the product as it didn't arrive
