Super lunch. Freshly cooked and well presented food. Good portion and very friendly and welcoming table service. Cost reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend stopping here for food or refreshments. Excellent.

I dined last night at Stokes' new themed night 'Late at the Lawn' and was blown away by the entire experience.The food was absolutely incredible - every dish was expertly prepared and full of flavour.The staff were so friendly, professional and accommodating, they made us feel like we were part of something special! The owners are genuinely lovely people and were there to ensure everything went perfectly.The ambience was fantastic - the decor was beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this new menu and concept to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience.Don't miss out on the chance to try out their new menu and signature dishes!I'll definitely be back and will be recommending this as a great night out to my family and friends!

I attended the Latte Art course with a friend last week. We really enjoyed the session with Mike who was very welcoming and guided us through a few different designs. It's not easy to make a coffee look fabulous...but we had a giggle and I will continue to try and replicate it at home. Thanks again for a fab afternoon.

Stokes at the lawn is a lovely relaxing place to have a coffee or a bite to eat, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the whale hanging from the ceiling. Will definitely be coming here again. If you visit lincoln visit stokes at the lawn

Situated right across the road from Lincoln Castle entrance, Stokes is a great watering hole...extensive menu for sandwiches, other bites and drinks. Sat outside to enjoy sunshine and people watching whilst enjoying choice of refreshment...reasonable pricing for excellent quality of orders and service. Grwat location to rest up and just relax - mix of locals and tourists. We had tuna / cucumber ciabata with accompanying fries with ginger tea and cafe latte.

As a new customer of Stokes subscription service, I was expecting a service that was on par with their excellent fresh coffee roasts. That sadly was not the case.The first order arrived the next day and was well packaged. Coffee was lovely and fresh. However, the second weeks delivery of my weekly subscription was nearly a week late and whilst it was rectified pretty quickly, there were no apologies - just I'll look into that and get back to you. It was probably because of the bank holiday weekend or a warehouse error". Not the best customer service nor customer experience.Time will tell if future deliveries arrive on time. I expect a weekly subscription service to arrive on the same day every week
