This was AMAZING and hit the spot after walking 25,000 steps today. The line was out the door which to me is a sign of something worth waiting for. There was one woman working and she was so friendly and professional with each customer. I had a double in a cup, one flavor was a special of the day and the other was dark salted chocolate. Topping it off was a little cone with rich creamy Belgian chocolate sauce. Highly recommend!!!

One of THE BEST ice creams you’re gonna try in london!Very decadent and light I absolutely loved it, my recommendation is that you get the pistachio and dark chocolate as they were in my opinion better than the coffee flavored one which I often opt for.

Indulged in truly authentic Italian Gelato at Bilmonte on Great Windmill. You can tell it's the real deal because all the gelato is carefully covered with lid containers. I opted for a double pistachio flavor, and it was absolutely delightful! A word of advice: go for a small size unless you're exceptionally hungry—I ordered a medium, and it turned out to be quite large!

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Try their double pistachio gelato. One of the best I’ve had. They put chocolate sauce into the cone and it make the cone enjoyable to the last bite. Worth a visit if you’re in the area. The flavors changes whenever they have new ingredients.

Wowwww! I am not really an ice cream fan but I love this place.Staff: super friendly, big smiles and always ready to help and patient when choosing flavors.The ice cream its self is great quality, real wholesome ingredients used, therefore extremely creamy and full of flavor.Generous portions sizes, the small is enough for me but normally end up with a couple of flavors as they are so good.The melted chocolate cone and the pistachio cones are also delicious.Hands down best ice cream place in london.

Small shop in Soho serving authentic Italian gelato. They have around 11 flavors on the menu but they also do a special flavor of the day which changes regularly. I visited them 3 times on my last trip to London which should tell you how good this place is.

Came here and will definitely come back!Staff are really friendly and helpful with choosing which ice cream to go for. Try their pistachio or hazelnut. One of the best I’ve had. I put chocolate sauce into the cone and poured it over the gelato and it was incredible. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Smooth original ice cream with some unique flavours. This ice cream place is worth a visit. The staff were friendly and let us try a few flavours before deciding. What I like is the ice cream is contained inside tubs without a glass screen which is cleaner and safer. I'm giving 5 stars because it was genuinely really nice and above my expectations. I hope they maintain this standard as they experiment with new flavours.

I love this place. It’s the best gelato I had ever! (no further discussion) my favorite flavor is White Chocolate and Hazel nuts. But if u come to this place for the ever first time. Don’t ever miss DOUBLE PISTACHIO. They all taste creamy (I know it’s made from milk but still creamy) and strong taste. U can easily recognize the different of each taste.

The ice cream here is incredible, probably one of the bests in London. The reason for my low rating, however, is the service they provide sometimes. They're usually very busy and maybe that's the reason for their very poor service. They can be quite inhospitable and rude sometimes, not sure if I appreciate that. If poor service doesn't bother you though, definitely try their Double Pistachio flavour with a side of their dark chocolate sauce in a small cone. It's amazing.
