Loftus Architects did an excellent job at redesigning our Loft Conversion to accommodate a new stair case, dormer windows and to partition new bedrooms. The care and attention to detail when measuring up was clear in the results of the design which was provided. Our requirements were fully understood and we are very happy with the service provided. I would recommend Simon and his team at Loftus Architects to anyone else and would use them again in the future.

A very thorough and precise attention to our brief and to our property preceded a most interesting and creative approach to our 'garden room' extension. Simon had understood and appreciated our needs but added some great twists and clever detailing. At build we may not be able to incorporate everything proposed but his ideas made us question what we wanted from the end result and we hope Simon, and we, will be proud of the end result, when it's finished!

We used Loftus Architects last year for the re-design of the frontage of our Victorian property and submission of planning permission. This was made more complex given its location in a conservation area. Simon was extremely approachable, quick to respond, and took the stress out of a somewhat complex process.
