I dealt with Karen Smith over the course of a transaction. There were lots of legal complexities involved throughout the purchase requiring a high volume of correspondence and a technical understanding of the issues, and Karen was extremely helpful, responsive, diplomatic and proactive in pushing the process forward and liaising with all the relevant parties. I have been using Haart Lettings in Coventry for a couple of years now in the letting of properties. I have to say I have received excellent service from Steve Wood, the manager and his team. More recently I have had dealings with Anthony Poll who also provided a brilliant service.These guys are really on the ball and extremely helpful. They do what they say they will and when they say they will.Communication is great and I cannot praise them enough.

I recently tried to rent a house through Haart Coventry. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with at the Coventry branch was really helpful and approachable.I had to withdraw my contract after signing it, on the date of keys collection/move in due to a situation of medical emergency. I would have to continue at my current place given the situation. Anthony Poll who was extremely helpful and very reassuring in understanding the situation, and has helped me with the cancellation of contract with best solution in terms of paper work and monetary loss to me. Anthony is really a person who values people and understands their circumstances, as well does the best for his firm and clients too. I would like to mention he is great estate agent with a gem of a heart and respect human values.Look forward to working with him and Haart again in the future and would highly recommend.

The worst experience I have had with a letting agency!!!! I was supposed to move into a newly refurbished flat complex. 3 days before moving in, I am told that it has failed legal standards. Instead of helping me, the hopeless staff didn’t offer any support. One member offered me a retirement property, I’m 21. This shows a great lack of knowledge and common sense.When it came to getting my deposit back it looks 3 1/2 weeks and a lot of nagging to get it sorted. Said staff member would not reply to my messages or calls and left me in the dark. Absolute shambles of a business and would heavily persuade others to not use them. They need a lot more training on how to do their jobs and their people skills.

An excellent service from start to finish but I'd particularly like to thank Lillie-May . She was not only professional but understanding of my needs at a very emotional time in my life . She constantly reassured me and kept me informed at all times throughout the whole process, so thank you !!

I recently purchased my house through Haart.
