Just bought my third scooter from ASC Mobility. This time a folding one for my Husband. They gave me a great part exchange deal. Always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone that asks about scooters ect;

Today I was in lytham with my baby and was desperate for the toilet, I went to this shop as they hold the keys for the toilets I can use with baby, I was rudely told I couldn’t enter the shop due to capacity and that they were busy at the moment but if I waited they would bring the key, after a few minutes the man walked inside and came back out with a scooter and still no key (which you would of thought he would grab whilst in there!). As you can imagine by this point I was desperate but too embarrassed to ask again after being spoken to rudely the first time. I had to run back to my car with my baby and go to my parents house. I am very annoyed at this situation and will be writing to the council regarding them holding the keys. My grandparents have both used this shop before and we will NOT be returning! Maybe the man in the shop should regard how other people may be feeling.

Rang regarding a hand rail to be supplied and fitted. They came that afternoon and dI'd a first class job at a very good price and cleaned up after . Would definitely recommend and use again

Went in a Friday just looking got a good deal on my old scooter ended up buying another one staff were really lovely 2 very nice people nice experience will be going there again if I need anything

Our experience at ASC Mobility was brilliant. Paul helped us and offered advice on numerous scooters. Paul was not pushing us to get a sale. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for anything to do with mobility to get in touch.

Fantastic service, friendly and super helpful staff. Bought my radar key for access to the council owned disabled toilets outside the disability shop ASC mobility for use by my wheel chair bound daughter. Will definitely use again.

Required New rubber on walking sticks. The assistant who served me had a clever attitude made you feel uneasy. I asked for the same type of rubber putting on my stick plus the spare walking sticks I use around the home. He put on a new rubber that was too large for purpose so he decided to bind bottom of stick with sellotape and electrical tape then pushed the rubber on I decided to only have the one stick done, it looked ridiculous and was far too heavy.I returned home showed my partner gently pulled the rubber which to No surprise came off in my hand imagine if I'd been out walking when this happened. I have multiple sclerosis + awaiting 2 new hips I do not need a mobility shop that fobs you off with a unsafe repair.In the end I got all my walking sticks fitted with new perfect fitting rubbers at Timpsons shoe repair bar in Tesco at Clifton retail Park by a very friendly gentleman.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Gentleman who served us today went out of his way to advise us on Blue badge wait times as well as giving directions to Lytham Hall. Really good service .Thank you for all your help.

A gem of a shop in Lytham offering an excellent range of mobility aids with knowledgeable and caring staff who can't do enough for their customers.They are not, however, custodians of the Council run toilets so please disregard the 1 star review by the silly lady who believed the staff should leave their customer to give her access to public conveniences in the car park.Mark, you and your business are an asset to our town.
