Disgusting service!!!! You call to talk to a doctor wait 30 mins to get through to be told sorry your not a lucky one today call back. When you call back same thing again. So you call on a weekend to be told they don't have any appointments. Call 999 if it's that bad as it's not our problem. The issue is they have too many patients and not a duty of care for them.

Reception staff unnecessarily rude. Extremely dismissive with zero empathy. I was calling about a mental health issue and felt like crying after the call. Please hire more compassionate staff.

My girlfriend has been in everyday to make an appointment for herself as she’s having 3-4 nosebleeds daily which is new and unusual. With being turned away she resorted to 111; they then sent the call details to the medical practice where she was told by 111 they’ll give her an appointment even if it’s over the phone, so she called them back and they turned her away again so she went and sat up a&e for 4 hours because the practice turned her away so often.

Thank you to Sally the practice nurse, she was so considerate, listened to me gave me some fantastic advice, didn’t rush me in any way even though I was late for my appointment she is a true professional. Doctors receptionist get a rough ride with disgruntled patients, however I can honestly say the receptionist on duty this evening was a brilliant. I love the new surgery and what great facilities you offer. A very happy patient.

Booked an appt this morning for 330pm (3/5/22). Arrived at the surgery just before and checked in with the receptionist. By 4pm still not seen the doctor so went back to the reception desk to ask how much longer, to be told abruptly by the receptionist that the doctor that we should have been seeing was no longer available and that we would have to see another doctor but they could not say how long the wait would be, but it would be this evening!I asked the receptionist why we weren’t told this information on arrival and she just shrugged her shoulders. I then asked why it took me to walk over and ask what the delay was instead of her getting off her lazy backside and come over to inform us, to which she couldn’t provide a reasonable explanation either.I found her to be ignorant, lazy and rude.When we eventually saw the doctor she was lovely and apologised for the behaviour and attitude of the receptionist, but really the doctors should not have to be doing this.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years,. It used to be great but now it's beyond words. There is more chance of Jeremy Corbyn headlining next year's WrestleMania then there is of getting an appointment.They run this ludacris system where you have to ring up on the day to get an appointment even if you are number one in the call queue there is still no appointments availableI have actually turned up at the practise and been there are the doors opening and I am still being turned awaySo if you were the first person on the phone and the first person at the practise how can there be no appointments??Yet when you ring up and ask to speak to your own GP you are told his calendar is booked up for weeks in advance! how can that be possible remember you can only make appointments on the day so therefore it's impossible to have a full calendar in advanceThis practise has just become an absolute shambles

I have been with this surgery for 30years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Yes I do find it quite hard to ring at 8am as very difficult to get through anyway but trying to get through with three kids to get ready for school is near on impossible at times. Having said that I think the surgery is amazing. Most of the time when you ring you do get an appointment that day which seems to be near on impossible with a lot of my friends doctor's. The surgery itself is certainly much better since they have bought the new system in and I find the staff very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and highly professional. The waiting times are certainly much better too however that never bothered me. I would rather wait an hour and see a good doctor who is attentive and doesn't rush you and really listens to your problems than being on time and in and out in two minutes without being properly assessed. I know which days my doctor is at the practice and I ring accordingly. He is amazing and I have 100% faith and belief in him as a doctor as I do with most of the other staff. Great surgery, would highly recommend.
