TNT Southampton Depot

the security guard did not know it was TNT and sent me down the road. when I returned telling him several businesses had told me it was at FedEx he would not believe me.luckily a worker knew it was FedEx so I was able to get parcel, but even warehouse staff did not think it was TNT.to cut it short, apparently at some point it will all become FedEx.

Will not give them any stars how they remain in business is beyond comprehension. Went to collect my passport [the delivery person was too dense to find the right address]. Had to gain access to reception via a working warehouse. Then a morose individual dealt with my pick up. Customer service was not his forte. Everything about them screams shambles

I dont usually leave reviews but i am really annoyed. Getting a parcel delivered between an 8am and 6pm window to my own business premises. Resheduled my clients to wait and set up whats inside the parcel. Only To get an update at 3:31 saying the I was closed. A day of money lost on my end! I hope I genuinely don't have to use tnt again. I'll even go as far and make sure I shop somewhere else if tnt is the delivery option.

I don't reckon they even tried to deliver my passport as was in all day yet got a text that they tried to deliver at 14:09 when I phoned just got robot so annoying I now have to go all the way up to Southampton from Portsmouth to collect my would give no stars if I could.

Appallingly bad delivery experience, like the vast majority on here it seems. An item from a Garden Machinery company that should have been next day delivery has been stuck in their depot in Nursling for the past 10 days. Delivery 'pending' they say, but with no delivery date given. I tried to contact them but there is absolutely no way you can speak to a human being. Then the tracking app implies that they have tried to deliver twice but no one at home. NO WAY! I am retired. I have been here all day every day, and I watch the gate through a CCTV tracking cam which records all visitors. And this morning I get a notification from them saying they are unable to deliver and are returning the item to the vendor. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! This seems to be a very a common complaint here. Why on earth does anyone use this company?

I just checked the tracking number to see when my parcel will arrive and I noticed 2 messages saying Receiver not home. We've left them a message and we're waiting for them to get in contact with us."

I would like to know what happened to my Residence Permit Card. When they came to deliver the first day, I was at work. I arranged a redelivery for Saturday April 30. When they came, I was at home. The delivery man was so fast! He didn't even ring the bell. I saw the van through the second floor window and I ran to open the door. Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough. I received an email saying that TNT had been unable to deliver my item. I asked a new redelivery for yesterday. I was waiting all day. I didn't do anything else! And nobody came. This time I didn't receive an email. Nothing! I am very disappointed! I will complain, because I need the card. This is the worst delivery company I have ever seen.

I have never been this frustrated with a courier company before. I am attempting to have my passports delivered to me, and specifically arranged it for a Saturday delivery. But instead I received an email saying the delivery was attempted on a Friday. I did not receive any prior notification about this Friday delivery, and the reason I had asked for a Saturday is because I work in the NHS and I cannot take time out easily nor work from home. I managed to arrange delivery again for a Saturday, only to receive another email saying delivery was attempted and to 'contact TNT'. This was very frustrating as I had sat at home all day waiting for this! There was no knock on the door or the intercom ringing so it made me wonder whether the delivery was even attempted. I have tried contacting customer services but they could only transfer me to a 'dedicated service line for passports', which was an automated customer service line. Tried arranging collection instead, but this is not possible apparently. I am due to fly out in 2 weeks now and still trying to sort this problem out. I cannot understand how this company is allowed to provide this passport delivery service.

Worst experience ever; u don’t deserve even one star;rescheduled thrice; driver doesn’t even wait a min for me to come and collect my document; driver drove off and not bothered. For two times no door bell rang, nor i got any email or update. I am waiting for brp, its very important because i need to travel next week. I don’t understand how come home office uses such as incompetent company to deliver such important documents. Utterly disappointed and frustrating. I can’t arrange collection, i work monday to Saturday ; i booked two days off, waited whole day just for the driver to not show up. This is the third time i have rescheduled. I have formally complained and no response for that either.Awful and very bad service.
