Long rock laundry & linen hire limited

During the past 22 years, I have used 6 or 7 different laundry and linen services, to supply various businesses. I can honestly say that Long Rock Laundry has been the best by far.Their product is of a high standard and consistently impresses, not only on the quality but also the excellent finish and packing.My contact, Alex, who I believe owns the company, has given customer service over and above my expectation.My previous supplier left a message to tell me they were no longer supplying a service to my location, with no notice for me to organise an alternative and just 2 days before Easter Bank Holiday weekend!Thankfully, Long Rock were able to respond immediately to my request and delivered to me at very short notice. Not only a better and more reliable service but also not as costly as the previous laundry.I won't be changing my supplier again anytime soon.

We have been using Long Rock Laundry throughout this season and have found Alex and the team very helpful. Some companies will only launder & hire there own items but Long Rock accept our property owners personal linen & towels which can be tricky due to the number of different brands, styles and materials but they are always very organised and have a super quick turn around on all our items, plus they deliver everything back to us all at a very competitive price.
