I look forward to this class every Friday! A really friendly class which you can adapt depending on your level and what point you are getting back to exercise after having a baby. I started when my baby was about 4 / 5 months old and he is just over one now and very active but he loves playing with the other babies while I have a chance to workout - win win!

I love this class! A brilliant workout in a very friendly and easy going group. Ilze is an excellent trainer and it’s so wonderful to be able to exercise with your baby right next to you. Loads of space for buggies and very reasonably priced. Exactly what I was looking for to get back into fitness as a new mum.

I did a few personal training sessions with Izle a few months postpartum with the focus on building up strength in order to start running again. Each session was very well thought out with varied strength and conditioning exercise. Izle striked the right balance between making the sessions very challenging and respecting the limitations of my recovering body. I would definitely recommend Izle to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Running 7 months post partum seemed terrifying but this course made it totally manageable even on the days where I just felt like it couldn’t! Such a sense of achievement too! Of course I had to stop and breastfeed mid run a few times but that’s the beauty of being with other mummies… it’s totally cool!

Such a wonderful fitness class. It's great that you can come alonge with your baby and exercise. Excellent fitness instructor and nice venue. I highly recommend it.

I did the return to running course and it was fantastic. Ilze was incredibly supportive and the course was a really gentle and supported way back to running after having a baby. Highly recommend.

I'm really enjoying going to the sessions in Preston Park. Each one is different and it's helping build up my strength again after pregnancy. I would struggle to find the motivation without Izle. The community of women is also lovely. Having a coffee after and a chat has been the highlight of my week.
