I contacted them for an annex to be built (at least £70,000 project). I advised the work was urgent and was promised a quote on urgent basis.When I asked for the quote after over a WEEK of him viewing my property the man was abrupt and rude. He was angry at the fact why I was asking him for a quote as he had just come back from holiday although he promised the quote would be sent.Customer service was appalling. His attitude was disgusting. They lost a big project and I will most certainly be informing my friends & family to be wary of this company as we get work done often

Very efficient and professional services. The team went above and beyond to get my place looking like a home again. They even rectified issues that were not in the initial specification! My family is also impressed with their work and will be using them as well. I highly recommend to those in the area!

I am so happy with my new kitchen, dining and bar room. Andrew Drakou from Able Building came to our rescue. We had employed cowboy builders who had left our house & garden in a real state.Andy came in, with his amazing team, rectified the errors of the cowboy builders and did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything is to the highest standard. We now have a list of other jobs in the house for them! I cannot recommend Able Builders highly enough, such lovely people, high professional standards, and reasonably priced, what more could I ask for?

Highly recommend Able, have used them to gut and re-fit my kitchen and bathroom and will be using them again in future. Service was totally transparent from start to finish with great attention to detail. I'm a designer so am fussy as hell but nothing was too much trouble to get the finish I wanted. Professional and trustworthy.

Andrew and his team have done an amazing job on my kitchen refurbishment. The team is very professional, friendly and bent over backwards to get the job completed. I needed a significant amount of work doing on a property but I couldn't be on site myself to assess and supervise. It was important to get a contractor who was reliable, trustworthy and an excellent communicator - and Able Building met and exceeded my requirements. Before we were fortunate enough to find Building Maintenance Able we were in a desperate situation. Our Builder at the time had not completed work he had started and there was so much still pending let alone having to fix his long lists of mistakes and bad workmanship.We contacted Andrew and arranged for him to visit our property. He arrived on time and as we had agreed.There is always a concern when you hire workmen to complete somebody else’s shoddy substandard work.Once Andrew had completed his review of the property he promised to revert back with his respective quote. As promised we received a very reasonably priced quote with regards to competing the unfinished work.From the start we were impressed by their approach and prompt responses, this is some way removed any concerns we had.We decided to start the project and can categorically say this was one of our best decisions that we have made. Throughout the process we were never a short phone call away from Andrew. If he was not available, then he would call back. Each day was planned, and we were aware who was coming to our property and what was the plan of action. The able team are professional and hardworking, they are also specifically skilled especially when it comes to Electrics and Carpentry. As the Able team is quite big we were ensured that there was always someone at the property completing work.We had to fix our botched conservatory and brand-new kitchen. Thank fully with an excellent Carpenter in Roland and Rob doing our Electrics we were on the right track.These guys really worked their magic for us. As time progressed we could see we had finally stumbled across a great bunch of guys. I even had Andrew updating me when I was away on holiday!!This was a great comfort to see your home being restored to how it should have looked. As the work progressed we were really impressed that we decided to enlist Able to compete another 2 projects for us (Living Room and Hallway). This would entail new ceilings, Electrics including new lighting, new Doors, New stair rail, Spindles, new flooring, New radiators, new skirting and plastering.I cannot recommend Able highly enough, all projects works were completed at the beginning of November 2018 and we are very happy with the results. All the team were very considerate when at our property especially as we have small children. So thank you to Andrew, Rob, Matt, Steve, Roland Wayne and Tyrone (nice finish on the doors and handrails Tyrone).It was a pleasure to have these guys work for us and we are happy that our home is looking fantastic.Thank you to the Able team
