The Laptop Repair Centre

After weeks of trying to fix my sons gaming PC. I drove past there shop by chance. I found them to be very friendly, and trustworthy. Their knowledge shows they are at the top of their game. An absolute top class team I would highly recommend to any one.

Took my old PC to get repaired, but they were so reasonable I had a new one made, now I have a fast as lightning PC at a fraction of the cost of PC World, thanks so much Rob, great friendly service... I could not recomend highly enough.

Most appalling service I've ever had. Being slmost physically attacked by the owner who literally ran at me in the shop , to which I opened the door and closed behind me before he kicked the door. My advice stay clear. Full of promises never delivers. Doesn't do what he says he's going to do. Complete liar...Sorry I don't normally post negatives about a company, I just don't go back but this guy shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public.

I delivered my laptop on Wednesday for a new SSD hard disk, fresh install of Windows, change of network adaptor and replacement battery (which I supplied). Work was due to be completed on Thursday, but wasn't. Was told then to ring Friday and called at noon and told they would call me when ready. At 3pm I rang again and was told they had only changed the battery, as their supplier had failed to deliver the hard disk after 2 days (first time it was mentioned to me despite 2 earlier calls). Took laptop home to find out that the mains charger no longer works => worse state than I sent it in, nocommunication, and not answering their phone at 5.05 on a Friday afternoon.

I could not be happier with the service!! Friendly and helpful but most of all honest! He fixed my sons tablet didn't even charge me he said something was loose and put it rite. Top bloke!!!!!!

My 3 year old son spilt coffee on my dads laptop, didnt realise it had gotten into the laptop so the laptop was turned on and something started burning, anyway it was taken here to recover pictures, which were recovered and he said he may be able to fix it, so my dad agreed to let him try, he kept it for over a week, and did nothing, so my dad went to get it back and said he needed a report done if it couldnt be fixed, for the insurance company, he was charged for the report, fair enough, but then the insurance company asked him what had happened, he told them general wear and tear, not that it had basically blown up due to having coffee spilt on it, claim dismissed, my dad called him and asked him why he didnt tell them about the liquid damage, to which he said it wasn’t, even though he saw it himself when i was standing in there as he took it apart infront of us, in order to retrieve the photos from it, he then continued to call my dad a liar, saying he was planning on binning it anyway, which he wasnt, then continued to say that he never took it apart and never retrieved photos from it, that basically he never looked at it, which is weird because he had it in his shop for a week, and literally unscrewed things from it infront of me and my dad, so ontop of the charges for retrieving photos and the report which apparently he never did, hes now cost my dad the money for a laptop. If you need a report done for an insurance company do not go here, if you need it fixed quickly do not go here. Absolutely disgusting attitude and abysmal customer service.

I have a gaming rig that i built about 5 years ago and it never ran right, so i took it to multiple pc shops to take a look at and they all said it was fine but i was getting no more than 40fps on low setting with high end hardware which they were wrong so i took it to the laptop repair center and Rob there was absolutley great, within 30 seconds of me being there, he told me the graphics card was not in the right slot and the software was outdated along with my ram that was not in right slot (my fault as i built it) but after a day and him keeping me updated every step of the way it is playing most games on ultra at 60fps 1080p and 4k 50fps (v sync on) and am loving playing on it now so thanks ever so much and will definitely be using him again for all future issues.

I had a laptop which would not charge and the sound was distorted.The repair technician stopped what he was working on to give my laptop a quick look over. Within ten minutes he had identified and fixed the problems but refused to take any money for his work. i cannot rate the Laptop Repair Centre too highly for honesty and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Quite abrupt and not very customer friendly. Told us a laptop was only fit 'for the bin' as the motherboard was broken (although they advertise motherboard repairs). This was wrong. Husband tried a few things himself and had it working later that same day. Laptop exterior was scratched to pieces when I got it back (it certainly wasn't when taken in).Personally would not recommend based on my experience.
