Went here for a half head of highlights. The stylist didn't tell me the colour had bled out of the packets, so when I got home and had a closer look found that there were big stripes all across my hair - ruined. Need to go to a different salon to get it all redone. Not recommended.

I went for a cut and blow dry, the brushes were SO DISGUSTING, dirty and full of other people's hair, I wouldn't use them on my dog!!!.The stylist picked up a round brush full of grey hairs and when I asked if she had a clean brush the stylist was shocked but looked in a wicker box full of filthy hair brushes. At this stage I looked at the flat brush she had used to brush my wet hair and was horrified to see that was also full of other people's grey hair.I asked if they had a sterilisation unit and they made me feel like I as asking for something special.The stylist then took another brush and cleaned it with a comb and water but it was still full of other people's hair.I explained i had leukemia and had to be more careful with infections and hygiene, however they should clean and sterilise the brushes between clients anyway.I said I wasn't happy to continue with the dirty brushes.They asked if i just wanted it blow dried without brushing. When I asked what they were going to charge me for this. The older Grey haired stylist was very rude and said oh is it all about the money" I said it was about the hygiene and i didnt want diry bushes used so id rather not continue. She then said "at least id had a hair wash and she felt my pain" NO way to talk to a customer.DISGUSTING DIRTY brushes
