Aldervale Vets

The Vets put their profit before the health of my puppy, no communication to keep us informed of what they were doing, did an exploratory operation on my 18 week old puppy when the X-ray showed no. Foreign body, I lost him. Prices unbelievable, over £3,000 and I am nearly 74.they know we would do anything to save them we LOVE them.

Not my regular location but was the closest available in an emergency, there is little parking close by but a blue badge makes my choices different from most.Aldervale vets have been looking after my pets for 7 years and have always been very helpful and they will continue to be my regular vets.

Not a good place to park at for quite a while & park easy. The vets was dirty inside, we had to wait well over our appointment time, & the vet handled my pet badly when it come to injecting her. She jabbed her roughly twice & went in deep. My pet didn't like it. The place also seemed very short staffed. I definitely wouldn't recommend the place or return.

Went for dogs booster jab today... lovely vet made such a fuss of my dog and listened to what I had to say... can't fault aldervale

Saw us as an emergency today even though we are not registered. (We have a caravan in Chapel) Rang at 9am got an appointment for 9:50. Vet was lovely, very attentive to our dog and gave him the help he needs. The vet genuinely seemed to care. Can’t thank you enough for seeing us - highly recommended.

Took my puppy to be spayed. Great service.Kept me informed during the day. Cheaper than i was expecting. Definately reccommend

Really helpful / friendly staff. Very caring to my dogs. Always follow up any queries that I have had. Not 5 stars as phone calls have always taken some considerable time to be answered by staff. For example, have been on hold for up to 30 minutes. It was not an emergency, fortunately. Appreciate staff are busy however.

We have kept animals for 30 years and never before have we had service like it. We have recently changed from our very local vet near benington, due to very poor service.Have already visited Spilsby and Skegness several times with 4 different pets in the last few weeks and everything has been handled sensitively, and both I and my animals have been made to feel like the most important of guests. And diagnosis’ / treatment has been effective. We have 5 dogs and 7 cats, and I no longer feel anxiety about taking them to the vet. Absolutely amazing staff throughout the practises, please, keep up the good work. You are a practise in a million, and I have nothing but love for everything you all do!! (And human treats)

Always friendly, helpful and explain everything clearly. One vet in particular you can tell really loves the animals especially and takes the time to show them love and affection
