Central Therapy
Over 25 years of football, running and cycling I have had sports massage from up to a dozen different people. I would say Alex is probably the most knowledgeable and effective. He has a real enthusiasm for many sports which combined with his experience of working with top level professional athletes makes him a great sounding board for any training / injury related queries you may have. He's also sociable and easy to get along with which helps to pass the time.

Central Therapy
I have been having treatment by Alex at Central Therapy for years for my many running ailments, he was always the best sports massage/soft tissue person that i have used but now he is taking his knowledge further and becoming a sports therapist which is great. He can not just treat existing aches and pains he can tell you why you have them and help you prevent them happening in the future. Highly recommended!

Alex was great, firstly he gave me advice over the phone which he wasn't obliged to. I was able to make a appointment very quickly. He was thorough, professional and very down to earth which helps to put you at ease and also helped me pinpoint the problem with my knee! I've seen Alex twice now and the service has been awesome, will definitely be using him again, should the need arise.

As a runner, I've been going to Alex at Central Therapy for several years for sports massage and can highly recommend him. He has also treated many of my running club colleagues who have all also sung his praises. A highly-skilled and very knowledgeable therapist.

The physio, Alex, is ultimately the best around. From the first session onwards Alex was highly professional and precise with his therapy, Quickly identifying my issues and clearly explaining was was needed to get me back on track. I was back to full fitness in no time. I have no issues highly recommend Central Therapy! Thanks Again Alex

I have seen Alex for a number of years with a number of issues, after a foot operation Alex helped me with my rehab and was fantastic I found him extremely knowledgeable and his use of innovative techniques really helped me as I was progressing through my recovery stages. I would highly recommend him
