Everyone was really friendly, and when Tango went to the toilet in his cat carrier, the nurse took him and got him cleaned up for me while I waited. I find the staff approachable and kind.

The vet is amazing, wonderful care. HoweverWe were ther because of dental surgery that has caused an abscess but I was still asked to pay again.Once the treatment is over I will be moving to a more family owned vets who understand continued care.

I would like to say that this vets are nice and good but why should I lie find them very hard to talk to trying to get to talk to a vet more chance of talk to God no one listens try getting a repeat prescription yes pay to see a vet first and over pay again for the script and then find it wrong the problem is this is a company out to make money not to look after your pet got to say keep clear find a family vet I know they may be a bit dearer but you will get the service you want

Terrible practice, I over paid for treatment and evetually got my money back. Then I was told that a flea treatment would be covered under my insurance because of my pets allergies to find out that it wasn’t. Every time you go you have to explain again to a different vet the problem because they don’t read the file and you see so many different vets there so they must have a high turn over of staff. Terrible.

I had to cancel a previous appointment as I was unable to catch" my cat and bring her in. I did telephone the practice to cancel and explain why I could not keep the appointment.The receptionist could not have been more helpful or understanding and offered me a number of different times to attend the clinic as some times the animal is easier to locate than other (meal times!)"

We have had our 2 labradors registered at Wheatley Vets4Pets for the last 4 years.One of my labradors gets very scared at the vets and when I have been over the years, our yearly booster check ups have been very stressful.Today was a completely relaxed and happy appointment. Our vet was called Pierpaolo, and he was fantastic. Took the time to make a bond with my dogs and my nervous labrador behaved alot better than with previous vets. Receptionists are lovely and freindly.

I have put in a review based on my experience at Vets 4 Pets Wheatley. Always thought they were good. Then I put in a complaint about something they showed their true colours and turned against me.I recommend people avoid this practice.

5 star treatment. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful when we took Molly on her final journey. They helped lift her from the car and then provided a private room for us to say goodbye to our special dog. Thankyou to all the staff who were there for us. Once again thankyou.

The vet we saw was very thorough. Thea is quite a nervous dog and he really took the time to gain her trust prior to any examination, it was the most relaxed I have seen her at the vets.
