Fantastic experience suit shopping on a Sunday afternoon! Greeted with happy faces and an indisputable willingness to attend to their customers requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, and I did try on several suits with different sizes required. What I noticed was even when the staff were not busy or tending to customers, they approached their work colleagues who were dealing with a customer to see if they could be of any assistance. Very impressed and the Marc Darcy suit l purchased was superb. Big thanks to Katie, Zeke and Sino. A ++++

Zeke was so helpful. My physique can be described as ape like and yet he found me a banging suit in my size matching tie too. Great price, super helpful 10/10 recommend.

We only popped in to grab a white shirt as I had planned to buy my suit for my wedding from another place next week, but due to the selection of suits I thought I would try a couple on, big mistake!! Thanks to the superior assistance and helpfulness from Martin and his staff who really couldn’t do enough and was amazing with my son, I ended up buying my suit for my wedding the very same day. They even measured me up and sent my trousers off for alterations which I can collect next week. Anyone looking for a suit for whatever reason, I really can’t recommend them enough.

Staff member here was not destined for a career in customer service. Did not listen, and was more dictating what is what rather than making any effort to find a solution (which I later found in another shop).

Refused a £22 refund for a tie (as new still in packaging) within 30 days which had bank statements to accompany it as proof of purchase. Could have easily looked it up in their till to cross reference item. Like to be difficult it seems so here’s the review to match that attitude.

The guys helped me so much with all aspects of choosing and creating a perfect suit, I cannot recommend this place enough. The costumer service was second to none, my fiancé was amazed by the service and both of us are sincerely thankful. 10 out of 10.

Visited the shop today and spoke with the younger male who was very helpful and sorted out my partner with a lovely three piece suit. Would definitely recommend, nice shop and atmosphere.
