Graham's Mobile Caravan Services

Damp found in our 6 year old caravan. Went straight to the dealers to get it booked in for remedial work and all the information the dealer needed was already on their system. Always a great service from Graham, wouldn't let anyone else service our van.

Never got back after saying he would. Obviously very busy. Disappointing really, but that's how things are now I suppose.

We had our van booked in for a service well in advance for 9.00 am and booked a day off work to accommodate. After waiting for almost an hour for him to turn up, he didn't arrive so rang him. He said that we was booked in for the afternoon slot and will be coming at 1pm, explained that we had got other appointments and that we couldn't do that time, with a very bad attitude was told not to book through him again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & POOR COMMUNICATION - DO NOT RECOMMEND.UPDATE:Thanks for your reply, but we was NOT told that ours was booked in the afternoon when we booked as you and I both know..... and if that was the case then you should have stated this at the time of the booking. There is no confusion with us.

Only spoke to Graham over the phone as he is that busy. But he went out of the way to help me with my electrical problem and unlike others I phoned his expert advice was actually spot on.When ever I need any kind of work or service I will be using graham's.

Graham serviced my caravan, was very friendly, and arrived on time, I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend him to anybody wanting a service or repair doing. He explained a few things to me on how the caravan worked and went the extra mile to help me.

From the moment I approached Graham to end result in all questions answered and all my little issues and faults with several things with our caravan he came to us onside where we are pitched went through everything and now we are all soughted.
