Hi I am really annoyed how have been treated as a customer in the process of buying a property from Kirkham. I gave a higher price from what the asking price was and also said if you get a higher price from what I have given will increase my offer. On repeatedly ringing the sales person was told that they haven't been able to get in touch with the seller and once they have will let me know. So waited for a few days and rang them again on which was told that the property has been sold at a higher price and when asked that why didn't anyone let me know they had no explanation. I believe they just didn't want to sell me the property and have done a under table deal with another seller.

Chose Alan Kirkham as they are one of the most experienced agents on the market and always heard very positive reviews from friends/fam.Fantastic service, Francine and Kath at chadderton office were brilliant in dealing with the sale of my home. My buyers pulled out at the last hurdle through no fault on kirkhams behalf and the ladies were quick to settle me down and 2 weeks later we sold again. Been in our gorgeous new home in Royton 8months now I'm just sorry my new one wasn't for sale with Kirkhams too as they were such a pleasure. Highly recommend for a friendly, professional service.

Sold our house with Kirkhams just over 2 years ago. Terrible from start to finish. Disorganised, dishonest and terrible communication I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near them. Moving house is stressful enough without having to put up with the extra stress of doing their job for them.

I had them round to value my property in November 2022. I sold it through another agent but let me tell what this agent did wrong. They ignored my first email request for a valuation. They ignored my first voicemail request for a valuation. Jay came to value. He seemed very professional but valued the property £5k less than it actually sold for. Not going with Kirkham Chadderton was an easy decision and the right one.

A really Nice Pub in a good position with very good parking areas! Lovely large open interior! Serves Very Good food and Fine Beers! Because it is a popular Pub it can get very busy at certain times of the week! The Staff were very helpful!
