The food is great but felt that it was too pricey for overall experience.

Absolutely awful service and treatment from the owner Norman. My partner and I had a voucher from the highland hospice to enjoy 2 courses from the early bird menu only to be told it “clearly states in big writing lunch menu and is not to be used on our early bird, we don’t make enough money from these charity vouchers” with a patronising and rude attitude. The voucher states lunch voucher - 2 courses from early bird. The early bird states 12-5:45 and we arrived at quarter past 5 so I don’t see what time we could’ve used this. We were embarrassed in front of the restaurant as he walked off while we were trying to question it, asking if there was a separate lunch/early bird menu (there isn’t) he arrogantly stated “I don’t come to work to argue with customers”. We also paid to win this voucher and are now out of pocket. The young servers we dealt with were pleasant and understanding, it’s a shame the owner lets the place down, I’d urge anyone to stay away.

We had a really lovely meal at this restaurant. The food was great….the service was even better! Special thanks to Chloe and Mia for going out of their way to help us at the end of the night with getting a taxi during a nightmare time at the end of the evening to help with elderly parents. So much appreciated!

Food was amazing! We had the pork belly starter, sea bass, and beef fillet medallions special for our mains and each was spectacular! The crepe with ice cream for dessert was a wonderful finish! Thank you!

One of the best meals I had in Scotland or Ireland. The service is spot on. Very attentive and helpful. I had the filet it was so very tender and flavorful. The cheesecake for dessert was amazing. Wonderful meal with wonderful service

Have to say it was pretty disappointing.. One of the venison steaks on the lunch menu was so tough as to be almost inedible, and the haddock and chips just okay, nothing special . The staff, however, were very good, and the steak was taken off the bill with no quibbling. On the desserts a better experience as the strawberry Eton mess was good, and the lemon mousse was very good. Wines were good and reasonably priced. Yes, maybe we were a bit unlucky, but even so, a steak that tough should never have been served.. a pity ..

It offers a great variety of food. Prices are good. Chicken dinner was $22. Warm vegetable was $15. Nice staff. High quality food.
