EVERYTHING tasted of salt. It all looked over done. Salt and peppered chicken just tasted of salt. The omelette was just salty I will never ever order from here again and I wouldn’t of in the first place if ruby house wasn’t shut.

Stone cold food after waiting an hour and a half.Soggy cold chips.Made no attempt to resolve the issue.We spend a lot of money regularly on Take away here but never again.Disgusting.The comment below by the owner or staff is a Complete LIE my partner said he would be bringing the food back as it was inedible. He never threatened to put anything through the window at all .. I'd like proof of this ??He has complained about the food being cold before. We waited an hour and a half for the food. It had obviously been out of the shop for that long ! How sad that you have to lie. We didn't want the money back or replaced , but an Apology would have been expected. Get some Customer service and learn how to treat people. Nasty liar's.

Last night one item was missing and one dish was completely wrong, and it was all so tasteless, very strange, the black-bean sauce was like a rubbish gravy. Never had a bad takeaway from here until last night, wont be wasting any more money here.

I am really disappointed how I was treated when after many years of having regular takeaways I called to advise the crispy aromatic duck was fatty and not crispy at all. I asked for a refund of this and was told no refund available after 5 mins of going round in circles I eventually got them to refund this but there customer complaints handling leaves a lot to be desired. Please do not use as I will not be again as apparently all customer lie and try it on to get a free be and everyone is the same

Really good food! Always consistent too.Not greasy or flavourless like some places.Have been coming here for over a year now and its spot on every time. Delivery time is normally pretty good and friendly staff. 100% recommended

Ordered tonight after our usual place was closed. Absolutely beautiful! It’s fair to say it’s better than our usual place and we have now decided to stick with yourselves, the portion sizes are bigger than what we’re used to and the quality was so much nicer. We’re very pleasantly surprised! You just gained 2 new customers who after ordering elsewhere for the last 7 years, are very happy! not one complaint! Thankyou!

Just had pork curry and chips and pancake roll and it was beautiful, iv never seen pancake rolls as big as these ones plus free prawn crackers .Tried loads of Chinese and this is the best...
