Please Avoid This Company!Phoned this company to address a slow dripping toilet leak in the upstairs bathroom. Ricky in the office was quick to process a booking with £144 for the first hour's work scheduled for same day 3pm. By 4.30pm after 2 phonecalls it turns out they weren't coming but it was pencilled in for next day 0830. Next day no one shows up despite a few phonecalls until 1145hrs. A random, non-uniformed, no id badge man who could barely communicate attends in a banged up car. Once actually in the bathroom needed assistance from me to get a simple cistern lid off as he couldn't do it. Proceeded to get the mastic off (the one thing he could do) and tried to literally rip the toilet bowl away from the wall despite if still being piped with the water supply still on! In the end I had to ask him to leave as it was clear he didn't know what he was doing. He went and came back 5 minutes later claiming he had lost his phone" and needed to check the house for it!!3 hours later water dripping out of downstairs room ceiling - he had basically made the problem worse necessitating a different plumber emergency call out!I have asked for a refund from Ricky who claims that his boss is away for a month and cannot process it.Apologies for the long review but in summary - if you want someone to turn up late and cause more water damage and run off with your money
