So good with my hamster when she was ill. The lady treated Rosie like her own and was very kind to her. She did not rush or upsetting rosie. When we lost her to an infection they were very helpful and sypthetic. Would highly recommend as they are the best vets sugary I have been to.

We always find the vets at Larkmead helpful and friendly and good with our dogs. My only criticism would be, they could answer the phone more promptly. That said they are busy that's why they're not picking up the phone plus you can book online.

Very friendly reception team and vets. Helpful, sympathetic and caring. Especially after our emergency visit last week with Max our Border X dog who had had a traumatic experience after swimming through a wasps nest!

the guys at larkmead are so helpful and polite. had a problem visiting vets today as l wasn’t sure we had enough in the bank to pay for treatment today. l asked larkmead if it would be possible to pay bill on the friday this week. larkmead were brilliant can’t thank you guys enough. brilliant surgery.
