Had my van in at Nuneaton for m.o.t and other works, unfortunately it failed due to the windscreen, but the guys in branch were so helpful in getting me back on the road while I waited for the screen to be repaired. They could not have made you feel more welcome if they tried. nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend......

Ron Brown was a dream to deal with. From my initial contact right through to handing the vehicle over. Good communication and understanding my requirements and wishes. I just hope that Ford hierarchy agree to rectify the Rusty issue that I have with the vehicle.Overall very pleased vehicle

I Purchased a Ford nugget from Allen Ford at 75k.Allen Ford made a complete mess of applying my friends and family discount and I was over invoiced amounting to around £560.It's taken 3 1/2 months to get my money back.The sales guy, who shall we say, misrepresented the truth" and told me there was a service pack included with the vehicle and there was not.He now denies it and I now find myself having to find the additional cost of 2 services I was told were included.I feel have been given a total run around by the Allen Ford sales guy and treared with complete contempt by him.I would NOT recommend Allen Ford to my worst enemy.I've only given one star because it was not possible to give zero stars...I will not use Allen Ford ever again."

Very pleased with their service, we had a fantastic experience from their staffs specially vikash, who was very helpful throughout the process. He had answers to all our questions, gave us the all informations on time that we needed and helped us to buy a Ford transit custom without any doubts. Very good service.

I was told to put this on here or I couldn't have my van. No, honestly, I showed up at 8 in the morning and drove out with a van. Fabulous service and calm, patient team, especially with a troublesome customer who's complicated life made things more difficult. Absolutely 1st class service from beginning to the end.Clayston was happy to contact me out of business hours and even came in on his day off to do the hand over. All members of staff were help and friendly and showed my wife and I to the coffee machine as soon as we arrive after a long journey. I feel so lucky to have had such great service!
