I had a really positive experience with Harley Street Hearing.My audiologist, whose name I’m afraid has slipped my mind (Irish lady) had such a nice approach. She explained everything in so much detail but without being overwhelming. I actually feel excited to come back and try out some heating aids!

Harley Street Hearing
Went to pick up my aids which had gone for repair. Sadly the manufacturer lost one, happily gave a brand new replacement. Sadly the manufacturer didn't check the other aid was working. I continue with the trial aids in the meantime! Very grateful this replacement service is available otherwise I'd be tearing my hair out whilst waiting to hear!

Really professional, fast, and helpful service, got custom ear plugs made, ear impressions were done at the clinic and the ear plugs were posted once ready. They are really smooth and fit my ear brilliantly, they block out a lot of noise. The ear plugs came with a tube of ear gel and I really like the glow in the dark case.

I've been coming here for years for my hearing care and I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. I'm able to get appointments quickly and always leave feeling reassured and taken care of. The audiologists are extremely attentive and thoughtful. I'm always asked if there's anything else I need at the end of the session which might seem like a small thing but it's a guarantee that everything has been considered.

Great professional service and friendly staff. The reason for 4* rather than 5* is because it cost £100 for 30 minutes work, so it is a little pricey! Saying this it was a good experience and I hope the product is as good as the service!

Got a hearing test and moulded ear plugs from here through the Musicians Hearing Services scheme. It was a quick pleasant experience and the ear plugs are fantastic! Tiffany was especially helpful.
