As this was our first move in 45 years we were grateful for the help she gave us and as a result it was not nearly as stressful as we expected! The whole buying process was very quick thanks to both agents and our solicitor but as the seller Laura was crucial. So in conclusion we would like say thanks again to Goadsby Wemouth for their excellent professional service they were really on the ball!

I met with Gareth Jones from Goadsby, Weymouth branch when selling my late parents home. I’d had several valuations but Gareth was the only one who didn’t give me the hard sell and also didn’t slate the competition, or make claims to be the best in the area. He just advised me how he would market the property, the price he felt we should achieve and a few bits and bobs I needed to do prior to marketing (boiler service and a gas safe certificate).He had an honest, no nonsense approach which I felt comfortable with from the start.
