Went today to collect my parcel which I need to install wifi by Friday but they’re shut due to staffing issues! When will they be open? Waste of time and to get in touch with Royal Mail is an average 40 minute wait time on call it’s ridiculous

Office opening times are ridiculous so can never get there to pick up a parcel. The item reference is never filled in on the card so cannot rearrange a delivery. Absolutely impossible and so unhelpful

Very restricted opening hours, it's hardly worth using 'Royal Mail' now. Parcel reference codes are never written on the you weren't in" cards

Can't fault the staff there but decisions made by those higher up to cut hours means the callers office is rarely open at a convenient time. Makes it difficult for local businesses who may want to drop off Tracked items for delivery on a daily basis.
