Staff are so friendly and helpful. I gather that's why you have to wait ages to speak to one - their always busy. They deffo earn their wages in there. X

I only went into the branch after being told in a phone conversation that I had to as it was nothing that could be sorted out online. Waited an age to be served (1 hour 45 mins) only to be told that they couldn't/wouldn't help me. Nonchalant staff, not really surprising if they work for a company like Vodafone. Never go in there.

So I was looking for a new phone, the staff were all very knowledgeable and we spent so time going over the pros and cons of different phones, with me eventually I left with a better deal than I had when I arrived at the shop, good job..

The team there are very hard working and seem to get a lot of flack from the reputation the network sometimes has. Not their fault though. Sam the manager has been three years and the team seem to work really well with him

We received a top rate customer service at this shop. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had so many questions to ask and received honest answers without any of the pushiness and sales pitch policies we encountered elsewhere. We went away with a good idea of what we needed and after discussing everything at home, we returned to make our arrangements. Very prof and approachable staff. This shop and its staff are a credit to Vodafone and to the town.

Popped in to find some info but was very busy as they were short staffed. The 2 guys there were doing very well and kept apologising for the situation which was not there fault to be fair but they did get to me and had all the info I needed so I left very informed and now have a better idea what I want. Cheers guys!

I would like to compliment Hannah for her patience, professionalism, knowledge and extreme kindness to me yesterday. She is a credit to Vodafone. Thank you Hannah.I had to return twice the next day for more help when Ryan and Daniel assisted me.
