Scott and the team are fab. They are very knowledgeable and so helpful. While always being cheerful. They have sourced all the equipment I've needed and kept me updated with progress. Have been hiring everything from a mini digger to skip ramps (Scott! : )) over the last 5 years. Thank you guys for top notch service !

Good thst they found a way to operate during the pandemic. They do need to find a way of communicating with their customers.that advises how they collect from branches.

No contact at all from delivery driver. Product undelivered and yet I get an email confirmation saying delivery complete. However the proof" is blank and un openable.They are also entirely un contactable past noon on Saturday.The live chat said eta 11:07am and that driver out on delivery. It is 1.30pm now and nothing."

I hired the floor sander pack from HSS in St Albans. The pack consisted of a large drum Sander and a smaller Edge sander. I was lucky enough to get the Black Friday rate so I saved myself a few pounds. The equipment was excellent and did the job for me in no time although the sanding sheets can be a little confusing. I used the 40 grit 80 grit and 120 Grit but on reflection I probably did not need the 40 grit as it ate into the surface of the floor quite a bit. All in all I was pleased with the equipment and the job it did and was certainly impressed by the service I received from Jordan at HSS into the Albans, he was extremely helpful.
