Still waiting for a £100 refund for an event cancelled in April 2020. Sent a letter to them, messaged them and emailed them and just ignored. I hope they go bust

I've been waiting for a ticket refound since 29th June 2020, when the event was cancelled due to COVID. I absolutely cannot recommend this company in good faith to anyone and will go out of my way to make sure people are aware of the risk when buying tickets here.
