Grove Lodge Worthing:Frontline staff are caring and the facilities are great and beyond question. The commercial practice and value does require further question.At each point of emergency and distress we were asked to sign up to what turned out to be high fees. I felt the discomfort of the staff presenting the contractual system. The commercial practice of having seperate companies (and fee structures) under one roof is not currently transparent.Our experience is that two separate vet companies seperated by night and day enabled extremely high fee charges.For value I would certainly consider other practices before registering.It does feel that due to the facilities a monopoly is being created.
