We have been taking our two Havanese for some time, we always receive a fabulous welcome and first class service, two Havanese have recently become three and our latest addition Dexter has already been twice, the owners Martin and Lee are absolutely fantastic as are all the staff, the grooming and care is again first class.We are more than happy to leave our three little fur babies and would not go anywhere else, we cannot recommend enough, well done all and keep it up, our sincere thanks from Winston, Phoebe and little Dexter Corbridge.

It was my first time at this amazing beautiful and spotless groomers, Lee and Martin put me at ease straight away I knew I wouldn’t need to worry about leaving my new little man Finley with them, they did an amazing job with him and he looked so relaxed when I went to pick him back up, I have already booked him in for his next appointment. Thank you so much Lee, Martin and the girls at Furst Class Lounge I will definitely be recommending you to all my family and friends with fur babies ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t often leave reviews but this place is fabulous! The salon is lovely, the staff super friendly and the service has been amazing. I was really nervous about taking our Australian Labradoodle puppy for his first groom but they have far exceeded my expectations…thank you!! See you soon.

Lovely and friendly staff are always welcoming. Reception is not just a hand over point but a place to shop for those extra treats and other doggie items. Products used are excellent and my lab always comes back well groomed and smelling nice. Would highly recommend Furst Class Lounge to any dog lover.

Fabulous staff, Fabulous premises and Fabulous work. Wouldn’t trust my dogs to anyone else. Furst Class is First class in every way. Martin and Lee are consummate professionals but are also welcoming and accommodating, qualities clearly reflected in their staff .

Having taken my border terrier for a consultation with Martin this morning, I can say I’m really impressed. Martin was lovely, very knowledgeable, offered great advice and definitely knew what he was talking about! I had contacted a few different groomers before visiting FCL and feel confident that I have found the right one for Buddy.

I cannot recommend and thank FCL highly enough. We took our 4 month old Australian Labradoodle puppy for the first time. From to start to finish,our 2 dogs are cared for,with the highest care possible.Martin & Lee offer a luxury dog groomers.From the moment you walk through the door,you are welcomed either by themselves or the grooming girls,which I have to say are all lovely & genuinely have a caring attitude towards our dogs.The reception area is always clean & tidy and feels welcoming.They also have a shop with various things to cater for your dogs needs.On arrival to collect our dogs,we’re always told how they been & any recommendations if required.Winston & Phoebe come out looking & smelling absolutely fabulous,you really do get a professional finish,and I tend to think,you absolutely get 100% what you pay for.Keep up the fantastic service you all offer.See you again in 5 weeks.The Corbridge family
