Staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried..a credit to the brand!!! I really wanted a pair of dungarees, I wasn't sure what size to buy, the staff said it was a online product but we're so helpful that they went out their way to find the same material in a pair of ordinary jeans so we could work the sizing out for the dungarees...I was blown away by the help I received!! Thanks ladies

no item has appeared in my post box . I wrote an email to ask where it was, tracked it. it was still in the system. and no response from Joules. it was for £9.60 i guess i will have to write that off. very grumpy customer

One of the staff in this store has amazing customer service went out her way to try and find a purse that I was looking for, unfortunately it was not exactly what I wanted. Very impressed by her lovely nature and helpfulness, an asset to the company.
