Great service from this company. Our agent Kenny, was very friendly, professional and courteous. We were kept updated all the time and nothing was any trouble, I would definitely use them again if needed.Flat was sold with 6 weeks.

Our experience of Next Homes selling our home was brilliant. Kenny attended our home to value it and was very professional. They sold our home in 5 days. Excellent communication from the lady's in the office. Recommended Next Law by Kenny and Gemma was fantastic. Everything was sorted and completed on time. Would highly recommended this estate agent.

I've dealt with, or at least tried to deal with, Next Home quite a few times over the last 10 years of living in Perth. They have been comprehensively useless every time. They don't respond to emails; never call back when they say the will; never have the required documents available.... I could go on, but it's not worth it. They're just plain hopeless. By far the worst agency I have had to deal with in the city.

Yes it's a big wallop on your bill when you sell your house but all estate agents do the same, the bonus with Next is that they give you a free Home Report and at least the fee is only paid when you sell and that's what it's all about. Kenny took fantastic well considered photos of the house and I'm a photographer, we got Drone stills included. Erin was excellent at communicating, so I really can't fault this hard working team. Our house sold within a fortnight, in fact the board had just been up a few days when it did. Have used Next before and would use again without hesitation, 5 stars guys!!!

I did two remortgages with them and twice I had problems with closing the operation on time, which resulted in paying a higher rate, even though the advisor had four months for it. I monitored everything and asked regularly, but every time they were li to, saying that everything was okay. On top of that, they applied for new insurance despite us clearly stating that we didn't want it, and later I had to apply for a refund of the insurance costs. Never again, I don't recommend them.

I have had a fantastic service from Next Home both times I have sold with them. From the valuation completed by Ashley Thomson, who was very knowledgeable and spot on in her valuation, to the excellent schedule they compiled, through to the viewings completed by Zara Rollinson, I have experienced great customer service. My house sold within one week for full asking price and probably could have gone for more but I was keen to proceed with buying another property. Both Ashley and Zara were very responsive and helpful. I was able to seek advice from Ashley about my purchase, which was not through Next Home, and during the pandemic when our move was delayed and this was really reassuring. The price was competitive and I feel worth every penny.

Next Home Estate Agents Perthshire Scotland were fantastic because they took all the worry and stress out of home buying. They are a fantastic team that knew the property and what I wanted very well. They were extremely kind and helpful from the moment i got the valuation on the house. I don't know anyone else that would go to the lengths they did to help me - from replying to emails immediately on a Sunday to helping move the furniture around. They felt like my family. What an amazing team!

Tried to buy with them a few years ago with the lift scheme. Mortgage advisor was good and set me up with a 2 year mortgage. My first offer for a flat was accepted and everything was going smoothly. I then got a phone call the day before I was meant to move that there was something wrong with the property and needs to be delayed by a week or so. I was using NEXT Law, their recommended firm. After asking my landlord for an extension on very short notice (at double price because my flatmate moved too) they got back to me a week later saying there was an issue. I found out the issue happened weeks before my move but they only checked on the 11th hr.A few months later and I'm back in with them viewing houses. Some places I look at online has photoshopped gardens that look nothing like the original. I request home reports that never arrive and then get asked if I want to make an offer. I explain to them not until I see the home report and low and behold no home reports but they keep asking!By this point I don't wanna give these guys any of my money so I switch advisor and solicitor because their law firm next law" were trash. Instantly better service. My mortgage advisor "who uses the same list of mortgages as them" got me a cheaper deal with a 5yr one instead of the 2yr.They're polite as can be to your face but the service is dishonest

Excellent company.Kenny McCulley and the whole team at Perth were all round outstanding.They sold my flat in three days if it being on the market and Next Law dealt with the legal side of things.Definitely the best company to sell your property with in Perth.
