I bought a used Peugeot 2008 in June 2023 from Stellantis and You, Romford at a price higher than the local dealers just to have that peace of mind in case anything wrong happens. Unfortunately, that trust has been broken a lot of times. From the promised delivery date to getting delivery and becoming unresponsive when it came to delivering the pending issues which was promised at the time of making the purchase.So during the test drive I noticed some issues while going on reverse gear and I was told it will be taken care of. I also created a video as both the door seals were broken and I was told it will be fixed/compensated. I have all the proofs on email and my conversation with Mr John Trice where it was assured that the pending issues will be taken care by the nearest S And Y Garage, unfortunately no call was received and they have stopped replying to the emails and became unresponsive.My serious advice would be to go for some other company but don't trust Stellantis and You as it is no less than a scam.Update:1st Oct 2023I'm still waiting for a revert, no one has even tried to contact me till now. What a customer service!

Most staff seemed oblivious that we were in the dealership, one member of staff was very helpful and courteous, with helpful information and ready to serve. The only other acknowledgement we had was that someone noticed us leaving and asked if we were ok

Very helpful sales assistant (Syed) who was up front and honest every step of the way. He was even helpful after we had brought the car and had a few issues. Only thing that stops it being a 5 star is how long it took the car to be processed in the workshop. However, Syed did keep us informed at every stage so we knew exactly where thing were and what was happening. Would definitely recommend them.
