Absolutely dreadful surgery. Despite rarely getting through. There is no help available for mental health. Dr Hart told me I will always feel how I do. So that’s it. He told me 1-2 days for Livewell referral having already been waiting since March 2022. Still waiting. Call today to tell me even he has no hope for the services. So what hope should we have as patients. No all the fault of this surgery. But having been here now for 7-8 years there have been no improvements.

Repeat prescriptions, mine get requested from the pharmacy as do my son in laws.....they never send anything, I've had proof that the pharmacy have requested it but the surgery always say 'we haven't received anything'. I'm disabled and rely on my medication for pain etc and my son in law has asthma!!!!!! It's an absolute joke, if I could give -5 stars I would

This is the worst surgery I have ever experienced. It takes a very long time to get a prescription and it is beyond difficult to get an appointment.I have been asked before to visit the surgery at the end of the day to see the doctor, and I could hear the receptionists talking about how there was still a patient (me) sat in the waiting room at this time. The way they talk to you at the desk is rude and judgemental.I am 13 weeks pregnant and struggling with mental health. My midwife told me to phone my doctor so that I could be put back onto my depression medication. When I phoned they would not give me an appointment and instead told me to go through the first response mental health crisis team! First response told me that I was not in a crisis and to call my doctor back and tell them I just need a medication review. The surgery then said I needed to phone back tomorrow to see if I can get an appointment... so you think my situation is that serious that I'm to call the crisis team but now I have to phone back another day to 'try' and get an appointment??I have just changed surgery to Knowle House surgery and filled out an online consultation form and within an hour an actual doctor phoned me and we had an amazing consultation on the phone and my medication was prescribed for me right away. They were so kind and understanding. The experience was totally different!Crownhill surgery is disgraceful.

A family member has recently lost their beloved mum and this surgery has caused so much Mental health damage that they are severe considering suicide. This person cared for his mum for 12 years the last few months had been 24 hours a day pretty much by himself, once his mum passed the doctor forget to sign the certificate, so they funeral home can't put her at the chapel of rest or embalm the body the funeral is now highly likely to be cancelled because 6 days later they still have not signed the certificate, now the doctor is on holiday for 2 weeks so our only.hope is the coroner can sign it in one day if not, no funeral no chapel of rest visits not even knowing where she going to be, absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behaviour.

If I could give zero I would. I placed an important order with my home prescription order for appliances for my stoma for which was for stoma bags etc.I was expecting a delivery today but after phoning the delivery company they …they said they only received prescription today so I have to wait another 2-3.days for delivery.

Called them a month ago as I'm in the process of joining the Navy and I requested them to send off my medical records, in which they called me back to ask for my verbal consent to send it off. It's now been a month and my recruitment officer has told me that they haven't received anything from my GP. Been trying to contact them for the past 2 days and being left on hold for hours on end, and they get funny with you if you go in and try to resolve the matter in person. Absolute joke.

During our holidays we faced a very unpleasant situation which even made us consider to terminate prematurely. Fortunately the swift and uncomplicated help of the Crownhill Surgery Team their Diagnose and rapid availability allowed us to continue our journey! Many thanks!

I have had nothing but fantastic service from everyone at this surgery, i have recently had heart surgery and have had to make alot of appointments last minute due to a few complications with my incision wound and they have gone above and beyond to help me get the appointments I need. Dr Hart has been especially great as he is the one who sent me for the ct scan that found the golf ball sized blood clot inside my heart, without a doubt he played a massive part in saving my life. My family and I couldn't be more greatful, they have been brilliant.

Had a routine appointment and all staff were polite and professional. The online services seem efficient, and I was able to have a telephone consultation with a well spoken GP with ease and speed. Results service was equally brisk. Its a shame that only negative reviews get posted on here which I doubt reflects the average experience at all.
