I took my 2.5 month old daughter to see Kate on the advice of a lactation consultant while we waited for an appointment for tongue tie, and we have continued to see Kate regularly over the past 6+ months. Initially I was worried about my baby being able to even complete the treatment session as she was so unsettled, however Kate was completely baby-led and flexible in her approach. My daughter is now 9 months old and with Kate's expertise and care, has gone from being an extremely unsettled and uncomfortable baby, to one that is happy and thriving. I am so grateful to Kate and can't recommend her highly enough.

Kate worked wonders on our baby daughter throughout her early stages (5-12 weeks). After only our first 10 mins with her, our daughter started voluntarily turning her head to the side that was previously a struggle, and over the following weeks we've seen her continue to loosen up and improve her whole body over. Kate herself is such a sweet and approachable lady, very attentive to detail and obviously cares a lot about the difference she is making.

Kate is a fantastic osteopath! I went to her with a rotatory shoulder injury, and she quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem. She created a personalised exercise plan for me and gave me hands-on treatment to help me recover. I also appreciated the on-site parking. I got better results from Kate's treatment than I did from physiotherapy. I highly recommend her!

Kate is fantastic at what she does! Our son was just a few weeks old when she first treated him for shoulder tightness and even after some small adjustments on the first session, we could see a marked difference to his eating and sleeping. I also really liked that Kate showed us some simple exercises we could do to maximise progress between seeing her and she went above and beyond in supporting us to learn some tips and tricks to aid general baby comfort. As you might expect, baby was totally relaxed with her throughout. Do go and see the baby whisperer yourself if you can!

Kate is a highly effective and knowledgeable osteopath and well respected by the tongue tie clinic I use. The tongue tie clinic said my 1 week old baby had a very deep posterior tongue tie, but too deep to release without bodywork first. I saw Kate the day before the tongue appointment and in one session she managed to release the tongue tie so it was less deep/moved forward and the clinic were able to release it. They were very impressed she had done this in one session. I am continuing to see Kate to prevent reattachment. She has a gentle, caring and professional approach with my baby. She is also very aware of relevant research and technical and specific in her work on the mechanics of the body. Thank you!

Kate was recommended by our IBCLC and has made a massive difference with my baby's tension and mobility. His feeding is improved and he is always really calm and chill after a session with her, he loves the massage and stretches! I was a bit sceptical about going initially but Kate is trustworthy and her treatment and advice is gentle but medically-based, and she won't scam you into more appointments than you need. She has also really helped me with my own pain and posture issues from breastfeeding.

If your little one is struggling with reflux like symptoms or tension I highly recommend, Kate.My little boy was extremely tense and he hated being held. If we touched his head, to put clothes on or wash his hair he would get very distressed. After only a few sessions we couldn’t believe the difference. His body is more relaxed and as a result; he sleeps better, can move his head both ways, is happier getting dressed and is a lot less distressed in general.His digestion has improved significantly. He is less gassy and easier to burp.Kate, is absolutely brilliant with my four month old. He loves going to see her! If you’re struggling, Kate is definitely worth every penny!

I have been seeing Kate with my daughter (aged 14weeks at first session) who had a few problems with her feeding and tension in her body and neck due to an awkward positioning during labour.Kate has been amazing!! From quick responses via text message to taking her time to show me stretches to help my little girl- she has been second to none.Would I recommend edge osteopathy- yes absolutely. We started bringing our newborn son here after being recommended by a friend. He was struggling with winding problems and had feeding problems. From the very beginning, before even booking an appointment I had emailed Kate and she was so friendly and informative. There was no pressure to book with her but she gave me all the options to decide.The moment we met Kate she was just so friendly and professional. Kate was thorough with getting all info from the moment I found out I was pregnant right up till the day of the appointment so she had all the information to deliver a personalised , appropriate treatment plan.What can I say ..we are now 6 sessions in and my son is thriving, Kate has worked wonders . He winds with no trouble, and her treatments have loosened his jaw enabling him to feed better and his legs are no longer bowed (which he struggled with after birth) . Kate has also helped us along the way with recommendations for tongue tie experts and feeding specialist which has been a huge help.The room is always so inviting, clean and warm! Kate is always so smiley and supportive and really treats each client with kindness, compassion and understanding. A true person centered approach. Given that I'm still waiting for physio on the NHS for my son's legs and jaw (he's now 12 weeks!) We don't know what I would have done without her.
