Central Co-op Food - Chapel Street, Kirkby-in-Ashfield

Ordered a steak from this supermarket to be delivered I paid for £7.20 cut of a fillet steak. Instead they send me the wrong type of steak and it’s 2 cuts worth £4 for the packet not £7.20 and because it wasn’t the type I ordered they were very tough and hard to cut through. When I pay for a £7.20 steak I don’t expect to be sent a different, poor quality, cheaper piece. I paid for a £7.20 steak and I should receive a £7.20 steak. Very upset. You also put it in the same bag as the other stuff I ordered which is DISGUSTING! Ruined my dinner, stole money from me when I’m already low on money as it is and are careless with packaging. Need to train up your staff co op!

All you need inc air con during heatwave which is bliss. They do snacks juices alcohol top ups lotto. Its great

Ive always been happy with 26the quality of goods and to say its a small store they try and pack in as much varied items as possible. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Just recieved a parking fine for taking my dinner break, after a grooling morning at work,I purchasing a meal deal at this store but won't be returning, disgusting tactics from the parking attendants! They don't approach you,they wait until you've entered the store,then photograph you're vehicle be aware!

Great store, with great staff. Fantastic availability on all the items I wanted and the store is always clean. Would highly recommend.

Go there most days because I cant face doing a big weekly shop. Staff are friendly but it's expensive compared to local supermarkets. Sometimes the shelves have been picked clean by local shoplifters, you have to get there before them!

Just received a parking fine for £60.I didn't even know you're only allowed 30 minutes parking, whilst shopping.Now considering the ques at the tills, which does happen, often. And the fact I have severe arthritis and walk very slowly with the aid of a walking stick. I am gobsmacked. 30 mins to do your shopping que at the till and get out the carpark. I honestly thought it was a scam...My advice , don't go in your car... co op. The caring sharing co op.I don't use this shop very often. Only called in, to get a fruit loaf for me mum. And some bits for jubilee street gaff.Clearly I won't be going back there again.P.S. the staff are great. This has nothing to do with them.Gutted don't cover it.

The staff in this store seem to think its ok to lick their fingers then pack your food. I explained how unhygienic this is and she said why lol because this is how germs spread I said. She then replied but I'm only licking my finger. Please send these people on a food hygiene course as they have no idea This has happened serveral times Please stop this!!

Great people who are always warm and welcome. I love shopping here and get everything I need. I shop here regularly!

Fantastic little shop and all the staff are lovely and polite.. brilliant offers but you must always check your receipt as quite often you are still charged the full price at the till!
