Placed my first order at 4.30pm and was delivered at 5.40pm. Absolutely fantastic, wasn't expecting it that quick. Extremely happy with the three items I ordered. Really lovely boxes and tins. The service was out of this world. So I ordered 4 various gift packs to send to business colleague as a surprise. Granchy Sweets were helping me out before I even ordered. I wanted to send this as a gift but asap. So they had my order by midday and packed with a bespoke message that I sent via there business WhatsApp number and that was printed and included into the package. What's even more noteworthy is that it was delivered next day (I had picked the 3-5 days service) but these guys upgraded for free and sent me notification when it was all ready for collection.They even sent a notification to let me know that the gift was delivered for peace of mind.Super happy with the service and communication. They really impressed me, sadly we won't be tasting any of the treats we ordered as this order was surprise gift. Our next order will definitely be for ourselves, that's for sure.
