Really friendly, trustworthy garage. Have been for both MOT's and general car problems. Everything is always dealt with efficiently, politely and to a great standard.

Called up when mot had ran out and managed to squeeze me in on the same day. Owner very friendly couldn't recommend enough.

Recently had my car repaired with these guys for an ABS fault, replaced a wheel bearing in good time and reasonable pricing, HOWEVER upon collection I noticed I had very poor braking efficiency, spoke to them and they said they hadn't opened the brake system so it can't have been nothing to do with them, regardless I took it back and they said they would investigate, apparently they left a nut loose which was the cause of the issue (very concerning on its own) the brakes had been bled and that it had been road tested and was now ok, picked the car up and it was exactly the same as before. Was then told that the fault must have been there before and that they won't look at it as it's nothing to do with them. This is the bit I find the most disappointing, upon checking my dashcam footage, the vehicle was NEVER bled or road tested either time it went into them, simply parked in their workshop and parked straight back up shortly after so how they could say it was fixed was a complete lie.Only positive is yes they fixed my original fault but has caused me to take the vehicle in an unsafe state and book in elsewhere as once they have had their money they are not interested.

This is the 2nd time I have used Bridge MOT Centre to MOT and service my car. They have been so helpful and professional each time, and kept me updated at every stage. I would definitely use them again.

By far the best garage in Ipswich. I've taken my cars her for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The guys are honest, reasonable priced, and always go above and beyond the help. Barry especially was superb, his customer service is fantastic, and he is always polite and willing to help. Andy the mechanic can't be faulted, I've never had any issues with the work he's done. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, professional garage then look no further. Thanks again for all your help guys.

I can't thank the team enough for saving my holiday. Real mechanics who know what they're doing and can think outside the box to solve a problem. 30yr+ motorhome and they managed to sort out and fit a new throttle cable after searching high and low for a part that no longer exists. Can't recommend them enough, and a huge shout out to Ash who took this job on last minute and worked through his lunch break. Absolute bunch of legends. 10 stars for real.

Took our car in for a coolant leak they ended up writing the car off by stripping the engine and not put back together properly charged us 400 for the privilege and then blamed us for. Bad car avoid at all costs also watch out for the mouthy Londoner/Essex bully
