First time at Oxygen,We didnt book as we turned up on Wednesday at 9.10am and we got straight in.We were supprised how big the area is.All areas are clean and tidy, staff are very friendly.Big fans inside keep the areas cool.Our 3 year old loves the ball pit and the trampolinesWe ordered food here, a double chicken burger with chips, side of chips, loaded fries, churros 2 cold drinks and a slushy and its all come to £34.50 very pleased.Well done to the team !

We’ve just returned from the most incredible visit. We haven’t been since the change in name but myself and my boys (5&2) had the best visit.The staff were amazing (see photos) one was teaching my eldest to jump against the wall while the other built towers with my littlest.It was nice and quiet and instead of the staff standing around doing nothing, they joined in and ensured the kids had a great visit.We used the cafe too for an ice cream and a drink and the staff were just as lovely and chatty.We can’t wait for our next visit very soon.

100% recommend the toddler sensory sessions! We went for the first time for my sons 2nd birthday and it was amazing - free range of the facility with only other little ones there - my son and his friends had the best time, and his friends siblings (and dads!) are now begging to go too.

Caitlin, Abi and Ruby made my little girls birthday extra special and she had an amazing time. We went for the neon night which was such great fun. The girls were all super friendly and lovely. My little girl was so happy and had such a great time.

Simon was a fab host for our football team’s Christmas party at Oxygen… he was really attentive making sure we had everything we needed throughout. We got through on time on arrival and our party table was great. Simon looked after the team brilliantly. A great host. Thank you!

We booked Oxygen for our girls football team Christmas party. It was very easy to book and went smoothly from start to finish. All staff were so friendly and amazing. Also wanted to say an extra thank you to Brooke who was fantastic with the girls and made the whole experience that bit better. All the girls had the best time and we would definitely come again.

I took my little one for his 2nd birthday and he loved it. The staff were absolutely amazing and made his birthday really special. They wished him a happy birthday and really interacted with him which was lovely too. The food was really good too. We can’t wait to go again.

I would recommend Oxygen to anybody. Every staff member was friendly, polite and courteous from the main desk until the very end. The staff around the jumping areas were extremely pleasant and answered all questions in a professional and friendly manner. The jumping areas are safe and well maintained with plenty of variety and choice of things to do (the Ninja Warrior ramp was amazing!). There was always somebody around making sure everyone was safe and could answer questions or give advice. The cafè staff were exceptional with a special mention to Simon who was, without a doubt, the most friendly and polite member of the Service Industry I have ever encountered. Above and beyond does not cover it. Impeccable service and he made sure we were happy and had everything we needed during the course of our meal. The food and drinks were very fairly priced and came out hot and fresh. A great menu and the meal deal for kids (although we didn't have one) is really great value for money. It was our very first visit and it certainly will not be our last. A relaxed, welcoming environment with safety being as paramount as fun. Great for kids and grown ups. Parking is ample and convenient, too, which is always an added bonus. Thank you to everyone at Oxygen for such an amazing experience.
