Recently had my mum's wake at the Crystal Ballroom, fantastic room & fantastic staff who did everything to make us feel at ease in a difficult time.

Lovely venue, was in the top room at a wedding , toilets clean , good size for a small wedding, decor is lovely, staff friendly , yes would 100 % come here again or use it for a function . Did not go in the bar dienstairs but it looked nice.

Beautiful room for a spacial occasion. Lots of stairs but worth it. Have been to live music here too and will continue to visit.

A pure waste of £35 each on New years eve .Only about 35 people in total all looking around bored to tears .The Band were good but the DJ playing to an empty dancefloor is a new low .Definitely wont be back

Fantastic venue! Recently held a surprise 30th here and from start to finish the whole process was effortless. Fantastic communication from Mandy and Julie, very accommodating and allowed me to get in the room a little earlier prior to the party in order to set up! The venue itself is stunning, renovated to a high standard! Everyone had a fantastic night and we couldn’t have been happier! Thank you!

Great venue for discos. Been to a few events . Bit disappointed with the Motown night, not much Motown played too much Northern soul. Band was good. Not disabled friendly room is on top floor no lift.
