Just made my first purchase from the shop, an Equinox Helix HP, and what a great service. Was shown the light working along with a the other Helix to see the difference and to help me make a decision. First class customer service from start to finish. I contacted Knight Sound and Light after having a speaker emergency last weekend. I had booked a rental through Fat Lama which was cancelled at the last minute and I was left with no speaker for our company Christmas party. The guys were kind enough to find me the perfect rental at a good price with no hassle. The set up was easy and the equipment was just what we required. Cant thank you enough and would recommend them to anyone that needs sound equipment.

Great service. I now have a company I can trust that won't cost the earth. I made an error with the date of a gig 2 weeks before the event and they went out of their way to put my mind at rest and managed to still see the job through even though they had no engineers available for the new date. There commitment to keeping me informed was good. I've used Knight in the past but I used to pick up and drop off myself but this time I decided to use the delivery and set up option and it went smoothly.I recommend Knight Sound and Light 100 %.Well done Shannon and the crew.

I was very impressed with the service I received by Shannon at Knight Sound & Light, I had to make the choice to either get another set of vinyl decks to play my vinyl or go full digital. After a few visits and tests of the two models i was interested in purchasing I decided to go digital with all my questions I had fully answered.Before collecting the units Shannon offered to update the firmware/software and also give a general check over of the equipment before I collected.Really thorough customer service which made me glad i chose to use a local company rather than use a web based company to save a few pounds.The shop was always very busy with purchasing and hire customers but I was never made to feel like I was causing any issues with my questions or testing equipment.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Knight Sound & Light to others and I’ll be using them again for any future purchases.

Twice a customer thus far - both times the pricing and service has been second to none.Aside from the product price being on par with the best of their rivals, the purchasing process is ronseal: staff’s attitude is very engaging; knowledgeability on handling detailed qs expert level; delivery timescales are super quick as advertised; updates on delivery progress are frequent & set expectations in a timely manner… overall it’s as slick as you’d hope for.I’ve also been through the part-exchange & product install troubleshooting process… again, the part-x value was ahead of the competition and issue resolution process was pain free, avoiding the need to engage with what would be a far more onerous process in seeking help from the manufacturer.Highly recommend KS&L

I have been using this shop for many years now since I first started performing, their customer service is always fantastic and they are always willing to help. They have always gone out of their way to resolve any issues I have with my equipment even if I don’t buy anything or help to find me products in my price range. I cannot recommend them enough, it is very rare you find customer service like this. Such a relief to be able to have someone who knows what they are talking about to help with tech issues.
