Fixed my condenser dryer within half an hour and charged me £50 which was significantly less than others had quoted. Covid safe and really friendly. Huge thanks, I've recommended to in-laws for their broken washing machine too!

Bought a washing machine and a tumble dryer of these guys. Washing machine has failed to work after 1 month. Booked a call out for 12. At 1:30 I finally went to bed as I work night shifts and needed to sleep as I had work in 6 and a half hours. I awoke to a note to say he turned up 2 hours and 15 minutes later than he said with no call or message to explain the lateness. I then took it back for a refund to be charged £20 for a call out which resulted in him not even entering my home. Absolutely awful service. I would recommend going to Curry's or something similar and get an extended warranty as the machine is guaranteed to breakdown within 12 months based on my experience and other reviews.
