KG Key Services

Called KG Key Services this week for a quotation for replacing key locks on a car and was told they would call me back. A girl called Julie did call me back a few hours later and proceeded to quote me a price which was nearly £500. She was insistent that I book it in the next day for the work and pay £300 upfront for the parts being ordered. I advised that I did not want to do that and would have to consider going through my car insurance due to the costs involved and thanked her for her quote. However, instead of hanging up the phone correctly, I heard Julie start to badmouth me to another colleague complaining that I had wasted her time phoning for a quote when I was considering using my insurance. I listened to her tirade for a couple of minutes then the line went dead. On calling back I got another one of Julie's colleague on the telephone and relayed to her what I had just overheard and informed her colleague that this was not acceptable customer service and that it was my perogative to decide how I proceeded with the repair. Julie was out of order with the comments she had made towards me. As a result, I would not consider using this company for any services and would advise other customers to be aware.........

Great service. Ken is a master. Not a lock or a (VW Polo) he can't pick. Jerry provided great banter and the men got me out of a sticky situation very quickly. Highly recommend.
