Rang. Someone answers phone but they're on another phone making an order. After waiting 5 minutes, they just hang up. I call back and someone else answers the phone eventually. He grunts 'Hello'. No name or introduction of business. It then transpires he can't speak English. I tell him to pass the phone to someone who does. He waits for man placing the order. 5 minutes later he says 'Busy, call later' and hangs up

This shop is stunning, just purchased 2 lights for my dad's house, the gentleman was very helpful and answered all our questions and also gave us a good discount as well as assembling the lights for us. We will pick up later on today. Quick service with a smile. Will definitely recommend and come back again very soon

Absolute poor customer service. Yesterday I walked around shop with no acknowledgement or assistance from staff, At the end I showed the man at the desk a photo of what style tile I was looking for and asked if he sold it? He gave me a no head movement without uttering a word and turned back to his computer. If this is the Face of your company then you shall forever lose customers.

Amazing selection of tiles that you will not find at any other tile shop. Vast array fo mosaics, wood. Effect and glitzy tiles which have hints of gold. And silver to full on gold and silver patterns etc.They also have 3D effect tiles scattered all over the shop and need to be dug out of the display stands.

We purchased adhesive and needed to change it. It was really difficult to get them to agree the exchange, however the did do it in the end. They charged a £35 fee for restocking, even though I bought the bags back myself. They literally just put them in the back. Not happy at all. Having said that, i did purchase a tile which I liked, so they do have some nice tiles.

I read the reviews but took it with a pinch of salt- until I got there.I was there to spend alot of money ,I was in the middle of an enquiry with him and then I was ignored for a female customer, when i mentioned this the attitude was really bad and they all wanted to argue with me, i walked out never to return, The place is filthy and they're sitting down chatting no-one can even pick a broom up. What a waste of fuel for a bad experienceAvoid the place.

This is the worst tile shop. No refund and no exchange. I bought a big tile for £36 from here an exactly same tile in euro cladding for £22. When i confronted them i was told ours is a Spanish tile. Dont get fooled by these people. This is the exact reason they dont have refund or exchange. Rude staff and pure lies. Void by all means
